Vanilla Fish has a wide selection of cut rolls - a couple of stand outs include the Rock n Roll and Butterfield Roll. Their chirashi bowl is another of my favorites here. Occasionally, I like to have fresh wasabi with my sushi for that extra kick and it's nice to see a place that offers it. However, it's a $5 charge for a small portion which seems steep to me. The restaurant is small and offers an intimate, cozy feel when dining. The staff is friendly and helpful. The quality of their fish is generally good, although there are occasional misses. Despite this, Vanilla Fish remains a solid choice for sushi in Chino Hills, offering a range of options to explore.
When you're craving sushi at 11:30am in Chino/Chino Hills area go to Vanilla Sushi. The music, atmosphere, and cleanliness of the place makes you feel good. It was hands down the best tasting fresh fish in town, and I've been around. I enjoyed the sashimi (salmon YUM), and sushi by the piece (yellowtail, tuna, shrimp, salmon) which were all exceptional. The staff is fast, helpful, kind, and patient. I found my go-to spot and can't wait to go back.
This was a pretty cool sushi spot to go to! Very popular, as there's a waitlist and was very filled! Sushi was fresh and the food came out pretty quick. Filled my sushi craving! Definitely a place to go back to! This restaurant is also in a plaza with a ton of parking!
The bento box is SUCH A GREAT VALUE I cannot recommend it more!!! The service was good and fast, everything we ate was delicious and comforting. It's a very small place so seating is limited, we went on a weekday and it was not busy at all!
Today was my first time trying this place. Every single one of the employees were super kind & welcoming! It was very clean inside & looks kinda cool too! I got the Red Mango (I think that's what it's called lol) Would definitely get it again! I also really liked their ginger. This is gonna be my new go to for Sushi & I'm excited to try everything there :) Thanks for a great experince!
